HELEX HE 160 FS filter unit with collection bags

The HELEX HE 160 FS is a filter unit for dust extraction in joinery and furniture workshops and in small and medium-sized enterprises. It serves several machines at once, collecting sawdust, wood shavings and dust from machining wood, particleboard and MDF. The filter housing contains the cylindrical filter elements. The collected material falls directly into transparent collection bags fitted to the bag mounting frame beneath the housing, without passing through hoppers. The unit stands on support legs and has lifting lugs for handling. The technical quotation specifies the fan configuration and power rating, together with the function, number and diameter of the air connections. It also sets out the filter media, filter cleaning method, electrical supply, installation location and fire and explosion protection measures.
