Dust extraction
HELEX HE 100 AMS mobile dust extractor with collection bags and coarse material separator
HELEX
The HELEX HE 100 AMS is a mobile dust extractor with an integrated fan and an airflow of 10000 m³/h that collects sawdust and wood dust at the machine in four transparent bags.

Dust extraction
HELEX HE 100 AMC mobile dust extractor with metal containers and coarse material separator
HELEX
The HELEX HE 100 AMC mobile dust extractor has an integrated fan with an airflow of 10000 m³/h and collects sawdust and wood dust in three wheeled metal containers.
Wood dust extraction systems collect sawdust, wood chips and dust from woodworking machines and separate it from the air. Stationary filter units connect to machine extraction points through ducting.
Mobile dust extractors can be positioned close to a machine and moved between workstations. We select the extractor according to the material being collected, the required airflow and the connection requirements.
Depending on the model, waste is collected in containers or bags. We select the collection method based on waste volume, emptying frequency and how the material will be transported or reused.
To size the system, we assess the machine list, which machines will run simultaneously, extraction port diameters and duct routes. We consider both airflow and the pressure needed to overcome losses in the duct network. Suitability for indoor or outdoor installation and the filtration characteristics are checked for the proposed configuration.
We specify the system components and list the equipment, ducting and fittings included in the quotation. Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training are agreed as part of each project, together with the terms of technical support after installation.
