Sanding, Pressing & Finishing

Sanding machines

Brush sanding machines prepare solid wood, MDF and veneered surfaces for finishing. Depending on the abrasives and machine configuration, they can also sand primer or sealer coats between finishing stages. Abrasive brushes follow profiled surfaces, rounded edges and relief details, within the limits of their shape and dimensions.

Configurations can include disc, roller or cross-sanding brush units. Some models combine brushes with an orbital sanding unit for flat surfaces. We select the sanding units, abrasives and settings according to the material and required result. A rustic, brushed finish requires equipment suited to that operation.

We consider working width, workpiece thickness and minimum length, surface shape, and the material or coating to be sanded. We also check the dust extraction requirements of the sanding area.

We specify the configuration based on the parts you produce, the required finish and daily production volume. A trial on representative material helps assess the result before selecting the equipment.

Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training are agreed as part of each project, together with the terms of technical support after installation.
