Sanding, Pressing & Finishing

Painting and surface finishing machines

Flat lamination lines apply a decorative or protective facing material to panel surfaces. The facing is bonded to the substrate with adhesive and pressed into place. The choice of a PUR or cold glue lamination line depends on the materials and the finished product requirements. Compatibility with films, decorative paper and other facing materials is checked for each configuration.

An automatic reciprocating spray machine, also known as a spray painting robot, applies lacquer or paint using spray guns mounted on oscillating arms, while workpieces travel through the spraying area. For MDF or wood panels and fronts, we select the equipment according to workpiece shape, the surfaces to be coated and the coating material.

Lamination and spray painting require different surface preparation and dedicated equipment. We specify the configuration based on panel dimensions, substrate, the facing or coating to be applied, and daily production volume. We also assess drying or curing stages, workpiece handling and ventilation requirements.

Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training are agreed as part of each project, together with the terms of technical support after installation.
