Automatic reciprocating spray machine VP 1300

The VP 1300 is an automatic reciprocating spray machine for flat workpieces made of wood, metal, glass, plastic or fibre cement. It applies paint and varnish and can also apply stain when fitted with the optional low-pressure pump and gun set. Workpieces travel on a paper belt that collects overspray. Sensors beneath the motorised feed rollers detect each workpiece and identify the area to be sprayed. A high-pressure pump supplies the guns mounted on the reciprocating arms. The operator can adjust arm speed, gun height and gun angle. The arm guides and linear bearings are lubricated automatically. Dry filters are used for extraction, while fans at the top supply filtered air to the spray booth. The glass doors at the infeed and outfeed adjust automatically to the workpiece thickness. The colour touch screen lets the operator control the machine and save operating parameters. Options include water-curtain filtration, additional pumps and guns, and an IoT system for production monitoring. The quotation specifies the configuration supplied.
