HELEX HE 1200 B cold-glue flat lamination line

The HELEX HE 1200 B is a flat lamination line for bonding decorative paper and PVC foil onto plywood, particleboard, hardboard, MDF and gypsum board with cold glue: PVAc, latex or UF adhesive. It is intended for the production of laminated furniture panels and paper-faced or PVC-faced boards. The adhesive type is selected on request to suit the substrate and the covering material. The line consists of three machines in a row on roller conveyors. The brush cleaning machine removes dust from the panel surface with brush rollers before gluing. The glue application machine applies the adhesive with natural rubber rollers and a chrome-plated steel roller, and its upper roller is raised by motor. The roller pressing machine bonds the covering material to the panel between natural rubber rollers and chrome-plated steel rollers; it has a heating roller, motorised upper roller lifting and automatic paper cutting. The line speed is controlled electrically. Panel formats and covering materials are confirmed with the customer's samples.
