Woodworking presses hold components in contact under pressure for the time required for bonding. Hydraulic gluing presses for solid wood assemble prepared components after adhesive application. Cylinder and support positions are adjusted to suit the dimensions and shape of the assembly, within the limits of the machine configuration.

A veneer press applies pressure across a panel to bond veneer or other facing materials compatible with the process. On machines with heated platens, pressing temperature and time are set according to the adhesive, substrate and facing material.

The choice between these press types depends on the assembly to be produced and the direction in which pressure needs to be applied. We consider working dimensions, press opening, pressing force and its distribution across the bonding surfaces.

Our range includes new and used presses. We select the configuration based on assembly dimensions, the materials and adhesive used, and daily production volume, taking loading and unloading into account.

Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training are agreed as part of each project, together with the terms of technical support after installation.
