Panel Processing

CNC nesting machines

A CNC nesting machine is a woodworking CNC router that cuts and routes chipboard or MDF panels according to a nesting layout. Parts of different shapes and sizes can be produced from the same panel, with cut-outs, grooves and other machining operations completed in a single setup. This reduces handling between machines and the time needed for repeated positioning.

When selecting a machine, we consider worktable size, vacuum workholding, tool magazine capacity, and dust and chip extraction from the machining area. Depending on the configuration, the machine can also perform drilling operations. The ability to drill dowel and hinge holes depends on the equipment fitted and the position of the holes on the workpiece.

We specify the configuration based on panel dimensions, the parts you produce, daily production volume and compatibility with the design software used in your workshop.

Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training are agreed as part of each project, together with the terms of technical support after installation.
