HELEX HE 2100 C CNC nesting machining centre

The HELEX HE 2100 C is a gantry CNC nesting router for machining chipboard and MDF panels used in furniture production. The vacuum table holds the panel in place. A single nesting program cuts part profiles and machines grooves and pockets, allowing parts of different shapes to be produced from the same panel. The spindle is air-cooled. The linear tool magazine travels with the gantry. Tools are changed automatically, and a sensor measures the length of each tool after a change. The vacuum table has individually controlled zones. Pneumatic locating pins position the panel, and a pressure roller holds it against the table during machining. The X and Y axes run on linear guides and use helical rack-and-pinion drives. The Z axis uses a ball screw. All axes have servo motors and planetary gearboxes. The machine comes with a mobile control console with a handwheel and licensed nesting software. An optional drilling unit is available for dowel and hinge holes.
