Rapid knot hole drilling machine

This used Rapid knot hole drilling machine has 4 drilling spindles, a two-speed motor and a drilling unit with 100 mm height adjustment.
Six-sided CNC drilling machines produce the holes needed for furniture assembly, drilling both faces and all four edges of a panel. Depending on the equipment fitted and the positions of the holes, they can drill holes for dowels, hinges, other fittings and shelf supports.
The panel is positioned automatically according to the dimensions specified in the machining program. Depending on the configuration, programs can be imported from design software and selected by scanning a barcode. Software compatibility and the method of data transfer are checked for the programs used in your workshop.
In addition to drilling, these machines can cut grooves and perform other routing operations within the limits of their equipment. We select the configuration based on panel dimensions, hole patterns, the required machining operations and daily production volume.
For solid wood, our range also includes knot-hole drilling machines. These serve a different purpose from CNC machines for furniture panels.
Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training are agreed as part of each project, together with the terms of technical support after installation.
