Casadei Industria E321 compact automatic edge banding machine

The Casadei Industria E321 is a compact automatic edge banding machine for the straight edges of particleboard, MDF and plywood furniture panels. It is designed for small and medium-sized joinery workshops producing one-off pieces and small batches where floor space is limited. It processes ABS, PVC, melamine and veneer edging from a coil. A toothed belt with a steel insert carries the panel through the machine. The operator sets the belt height with a handwheel and numerical indicator and adjusts the infeed guide to suit the edging thickness. The gluing unit has a Teflon-coated EVA glue pot and a motorised glue roller. A pneumatic shear cuts the edging from the coil, and pressure rollers press it onto the panel edge. In the same pass, the end trimming unit removes the front and rear overhang. The flush trimming unit then trims the edging level with the top and bottom faces of the panel, guided by disc copiers. The work table has adjustable rollers, sliding guides and an extendable front support for large panels. The operator selects the units using illuminated LED buttons and can check the glue temperature, diagnostic messages and operating statistics on the display. The PLC controls the glue temperature and standby mode. The compressed air connection is fitted with a regulator. Top flush trimming for nesting panels is optional.
