Casadei Industria E450 compact automatic edge banding machine

The Casadei Industria E450 is a compact automatic edge banding machine for the straight edges of particleboard, MDF, plywood and solid wood panels. It is designed for joinery workshops and small furniture factories with limited floor space. It processes ABS, PVC, melamine and veneer edging from a coil. Solid wood strips are fed manually. A steel chain with rubber pads carries the panel through the machine. Fine adjustment of the infeed guide sets how much material the diamond pre-milling cutters remove. The gluing unit has a Teflon-coated lower EVA glue pot. The edging advances in sync with the panel. A pneumatic shear cuts it from the coil, and floating pressure rollers press it onto the panel edge. The end trimming unit removes the overhang at the front and rear before the flush trimming unit trims the edging level with the panel faces. The operator selects operations on the touchscreen and can view diagnostic messages and operating statistics. The PLC controls the glue temperature and standby mode. A larger touchscreen and end finishing devices are available as options. Additional finishing units can be fitted later in the available spaces. The quotation specifies the configuration supplied.
