Felder saw-spindle moulder

This used Felder saw-spindle moulder combines a sliding table circular saw and a spindle moulder with a tilting vertical spindle on a single frame. It is intended for joinery and furniture workshops that cut solid wood, size wood-based panels and use the spindle moulder for profiling, rebating and grooving. The circular saw has a scoring unit, and the blade tilts manually. For crosscutting, the sliding table on roller guides and the outrigger frame support the workpiece. Stops on the crosscut fence position the workpiece at the required length. The rip fence guides it for longitudinal cuts. The spindle moulder has several speed steps, aluminium fence plates and a guard with an extraction connection, and the spindle tilts backwards. The worktables are made of cast iron, and the saw, spindle moulder and scoring unit have separate motors. The control panel has a digital display, and the adjustment handwheels have position indicators.
