Solid Wood Processing

Combined woodworking machines

Woodworking combination machines perform several operations on a single machine. Universal five-function machines combine surface planing, thicknessing, circular sawing and spindle moulding, with drilling or mortising depending on the equipment fitted. A saw-spindle moulder combines sawing and moulding.

These machines suit workshops where operations are carried out in sequence and space must be used efficiently. We consider how often you switch between operations and the adjustments each changeover requires. If several operators work simultaneously, we assess whether separate machines would suit your production better.

Our range includes new and used woodworking combination machines, as well as specialised machines for crosscutting and tenoning timber beams. We check the available operations and workpiece size limits for each model.

We specify the configuration based on the work carried out in your workshop, workpiece dimensions and the number of operators. We check the required sawing, planing and moulding capacities and the space for material handling.

Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training are agreed as part of each project, together with the terms of technical support after installation.
