Fimal Concept 350 Plus beam saw

The Fimal Concept 350 Plus is a beam saw that combines the working method of a conventional panel saw with clamping under a pressure beam. The panel lies flat on the table, and the pressure beam holds it over the full cutting length, also when it is thin or not perfectly flat. The saw carriage moves the blade along the cutting line. The machine is available in three cutting lengths. The blade tilt is PLC-controlled and shown on a digital display. The saw carriage speed is set by an inverter. A three-position selector sets cutting only, scoring and cutting, or scoring only, and the scoring depth is set by turning a bushing with a numerical counter. The panel detection system determines the panel width and positions the blade near the panel end, avoiding empty runs. The motorised, programmable rear stop has two rotating stops, selected automatically for the programmed dimension. The telescopic squaring fence has mechanical stops, one of which is a flip stop, and the removable support table can be fitted at the front or rear. The PLC on the mobile control pedestal stores cutting programs and controls the rear stop and the blade tilt. Options include a colour touchscreen with a USB port, a third motorised stop, the electronic Multi-Stop system, digital displays, a removable table for angled cuts, a cutting line laser, office PC cutting optimisation software and a label printer.
