Fimal Concept Elite 350 / 450 beam saw

The Fimal Concept Elite is a beam saw for cutting panels to size, available as the Concept Elite 350 and Concept Elite 450. The 350 has a tilting blade for bevel cuts. The 450 uses a larger, non-tilting blade for cutting thicker materials. Both versions have anodised aluminium worktables. A pneumatic pressure beam holds the panel over the full cutting length. The panel remains on the table while the saw carriage moves the blade along the cutting line. The carriage feed speed is adjustable. On the 350, the operator controls the blade tilt from the console and reads the angle on a digital display. The electronic Multi-Stop system positions the panel using retractable stops. The stops retract automatically to clear the rear table. The telescopic squaring fence has flip stops and is also available in a motorised version. Options include a touchscreen, cutting optimisation software for a PC, a label printer, a cutting line laser and a removable table for angled cuts.
