Beam saws
Fimal Concept Elite 350 / 450 beam saw
FIMAL
Beam saw with a pressure beam and Multi-Stop positioning, with a tilting blade on the Concept Elite 350 and a non-tilting blade with up to 150 mm blade projection at 90° on the Concept Elite 450.

Beam saws
Fimal Concept 350 Plus beam saw
FIMAL
Beam saw with a full-length pressure beam, a Ø 300–350 mm main blade tilting up to 46°, a programmable rear stop and panel detection, in versions with a cutting length of 2600, 3200 or 3800 mm.

Beam saws
Fimal KR 32 / KR 43 electronic beam saw
FIMAL
Electronic beam saw with a programmable pusher and a separate scoring unit, with a maximum cutting length of 3200 mm on the KR 32 and 4300 mm on the KR 43 and a maximum cutting height of 72 mm on both models.

Beam saws
HELEX HE 3200 S beam saw
HELEX
Beam saw with a programmable pusher and pressure beam, with a 3200 mm cutting length and a 3100 mm cutting width, for panel stacks up to 90 mm in total height.
Beam saws, also known as panel sizing saws, cut chipboard and MDF panels to the dimensions required for production. A pressure beam holds the panel in place during cutting, while the saw carriage moves along the cutting line. Depending on the model, programmable stops or an electronically controlled pusher position the panel. These systems allow repeated cuts to the same dimensions without measuring each cut manually.
When selecting a machine, we consider cutting length and height, the positioning system and how panels are handled. A scoring blade reduces chipping of the melamine coating on the underside of the panel. Some models can cut several panels in a stack, within the limits of their configuration. We check each model for cutting plan optimisation and parts list import functions.
We select the configuration based on panel size and thickness, part dimensions and daily production volume. We also consider the space needed for loading the machine, unloading and sorting cut parts.
Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training are agreed as part of each project, together with the terms of technical support after installation.
