Fimal T 270 / C / L / CL spindle moulder

The Fimal T 270 is a spindle moulder for cutting profiles in solid wood. The spindle is fixed (non-tilting) as standard; a tilting spindle is available as an option. The T 270 C has a tenoning carriage, while the T 270 L has a long table with a front extension. The T 270 CL combines the tenoning carriage with the long table and front extension. Spindle height is adjusted electrically, and the cutter can be lowered below the table. A handle adjusts the sliding table section in front of the spindle, even with the cutter fitted. This keeps the workpiece supported close to the cutter. Levers lock the fence in place. A powered mechanism lifts and rotates the fence to move it clear of the work area and return it to position. On the L and CL versions, the same handle moves and locks the front table extension. Options include a power feeder, a frequency inverter for spindle speed control and an electronic positioning system. A tool height display is also available as an option.
