About this machine
The LL 1500 is a lamella processing line for solid wood that profiles both longitudinal edges before trimming and profiling the workpiece at both ends. The operator loads the lamellas into the magazine feeder on the first machine. Transfer between machines is automatic, and finished workpieces are unloaded manually.
At POS.1, a single feed chain with rubber-coated steel plates carries each workpiece along the left lateral reference guide. A pneumatically regulated top pressure belt holds the workpiece against the chain. The profiling unit has an electrospindle, and the working units are positioned manually using mechanical digital indicators. At POS.2, a motorised PVC belt carries the workpieces through a horizontal section and an inclined section. A wider transfer belt is available as an option.
At POS.3, a pneumatic pusher feeds the workpieces from a vertical magazine fitted with a photocell. Feed chains with fixed dogs carry them beneath the top pressure belts to the scoring and trimming units. From the touchscreen, the operator adjusts the shoulder opening, sets the chain speed and controls the unit motors. Both machines have sound safety enclosures. POS.1 has a router for teleservice, while POS.3 has motorised exit tracks and an inclined waste conveyor.
